10 Best #SHUTTERSPEED | Stories By Us Blog

This week we focused on shutter speed! We talked about how a faster shutter speed is needed to get fast moving subjects, and how a slower shutter speed, when stabilized, can create amazing motion blur. I was surprised to have not seen any light trails, but that will be in the future. Each week, I thoroughly enjoy going through all of the images and I love interacting with our community in the group, as well as in class. I’m very pleased with the success in watching people connect, both in my live class as well as with people across the world virtually. I love watching people’s faces when something ‘Clicks’. Next week will wrap up my first 4 week course teaching photography 101. After this, I will begin teaching how to use Lightroom and Photoshop. I will go over file types, sizes, color profiles, screens, presets, brushes, tools, exporting, and much more! So without further or due, here are my top 10 choices for shutter speed in alphabetical order.
